The ABM Team were delighted to welcome a visit from Taoiseach Micheál Martin TD and Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien TD, yesterday the 1st of November 2022, to the site of our new accelerated build Social Housing development on behalf of Fingal County Council at Churchfields Phase 2B, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.
Also, in attendance were Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, Roderic O'Gorman TD, Minister of State for Gaeltacht Affairs and Sport, Jack Chambers T.D, Paul Donnelly T.D, Mayor of Fingal Cllr Howard Mahony, Fingal County Cllr. Daniel Whooley, Fingal County Council Chief Executive AnnMarie Farrelly and Fingal County Council Director of Housing Robert Burns.
The ABM Team, to include General Manager Philip Weinmann, Project Manager Paddy Henderson, Site Manager Niall Jones, Design Team Architect Helge Koester of EML and a number of the ABM Site Staff were delighted to show the delegates around the site and talk through the progress that has been made to date.
The design & build project will see the delivery of 67 residential units on a circa. 2.25-hectare site at Churchfields, Phase 2B, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15. The development consists of one, two and three storey housing units and all associated site works including site preparation, foundations and ground slabs, site services, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping.
