    Pat O'Neill


    Pat O’Neill has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry working in America, the UK and Ireland. Pat successfully established and operated a mid-sized construction firm in New York, U.S.A. Upon returning to Ireland in the early 1990’s Pat, along with his fellow directors Sean Minihane and Brendan O’Neill, established ABM. Pat is based in the ABM head office in Swords, Co. Dublin and acts as Contracts Director across all ABM’s vast range of projects in Ireland.

    Pat has experience of traditional build, design & build, new build and extensions, refurbishments and fit-outs, private and public sectors projects including education, residential, sports, medical, commercial and civil engineering. Under Pat’s leadership ABM has an impressive track record of achievement over the last 25 years across a wide range of sustainable developments.

    Philip Weinmann

    General Manager

    Philip is a Chartered Structural Engineer and has over 25 years post qualified experience across many sectors within the construction industry in various engineering roles. Philip graduated from Bolton St., College of Technology in 1992 with a Degree in Structural Engineering and spent the early part of his career working in Consulting Engineering practices as a Design Engineer and Client-Side Project Manager.

    Philip joined ABM as General Manager in 2015 and is responsible for all day-to-day operations, particularly the strategies for winning work and the management of resources and systems to deliver projects to meet client expectations. Philip is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland and The Institution of Structural Engineers and has also completed an Executive MBA.

    Robert Fraser

    Head of Construction

    Roberts career spans over 30 years in the Construction Industry. He joined ABM in 2002 as a Project Manager and has risen though the company to his current position of Head of Construction. During this time, he has successfully delivered numerous projects in the Residential, Health Care, Commercial and Retail sectors with a collaborative can do approach .

    Within the Education sector Robert has been instrumental in establishing the Department of Education as a key client through the successful delivery of Design and Build School projects since 2008. He leads an experienced team of construction professionals with his wealth of knowledge and through ABMs core values which guide his team’s decision making and relationships building with all project stakeholders.

    Tim Lennon

    Senior Contracts Manager

    Tim has gained a broad depth of construction delivery experience throughout his career spanning over 20 years. With comprehensive experience in a broad variety of project sectors, including Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Leisure, Retail & Civil Engineering Works, Tim has worked on both the Client Side and Main Contractor Roles on Projects across Ireland and Central Europe.

    Tim’s wealth of experience gives him a clear insight into the design and delivery process with a focus on safety, quality, cost and programme.  Tim has the strength to drive a project forward, the ability to build a hardworking team and the experience to identify, plan and mitigate challenges that arise.

    Tom Dunne

    Commercial Manager

    Tom has over 20 years’ experience working in both the Irish and UK Construction industries. He has a wealth of experience in all stages of construction, from project feasibility to final accounts across a wide range of project types and sectors. Tom is a pro-active team leader with key focus on Cost Management and Risk Management across all projects.

    He encourages the commercial team in ABM to take a co-operative and collaborative approach to ensure projects are delivered within the parameters agreed at pre-construction stage. Tom ensures he has an in-depth knowledge of each project ABM are involved in and this assists the  projects teams in delivering quality projects within the agreed timeframe and budgets.

    Managing Quantity Surveyor

    John joined ABM in 2019 with over 15 years’ post qualification experience working in the construction industry. With an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying, John has experience working with Professional Quantity Surveyors Client side and Main Contractors in Ireland, UK and Australia.

    John has a vast range of experience working on both design & build and traditional forms of contracts within the Residential, Education, Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Commercial, Hospitality and Fit-out sectors. John manages the ABM commercial team and strives to deliver quality projects, within programme and on budget for our clients.

    Michael Payne

    Senior Design Manager

    Michael is a qualified Project Manager and Architectural Technologist with over 30 years’ experience in the delivery of both traditional and design & build projects across many sectors. Michael spent over 25 years with a leading Architectural practice in position of director prior to joining ABM in 2022. Michael’s wide experience ranges from the successful delivery of more than 20 schools for the Department of Education to a number of private apartment developments, shopping centres, high street retail and banking units, leisure and hospitality facilities. He brings a wealth of both technical skills, practical knowledge and extensive experience to the design department he leads within ABM and is the driving force ensuring that ABM are well positioned for successful delivery of all projects which require contractor led design and coordination services. In addition to ensuring compliance with building regulations and construction standards, delivery of projects through BIM is at the forefront of the services which Michael ensures are seamlessly provided from a project’s inception to final handover.
