With snagging complete (Brendan Cullen) and a year on from the handover of Lusk Community College, ABM attended the official opening ceremony of the school by Minister for Education Jan O’Sullivan seen here with School Principal Patricia Atkins.
The school has been well received by both teachers and pupils alike with particular praise of the open space design and natural light. With pupil numbers rising quickly the board of management have already started discussing the future expansion of the school with local counsellor Ken Farrell taking the opportunity to note this with the minister of education.
Thanks were extended to all the design team involved for their professionalism in bringing this school to fruition and providing the local community with a facility to be proud of.
