ABM have just completed our 23rd school under the design and build framework. The Post Primary School in Carrigaline in Cork has a total floor area of 8660 sq. meters and the students have already started back there for the new term.
The site works to the school grounds consisted of the provision of 160 no. cycle storage spaces, bin store, ball courts, secure special play area, 1 No. 50m sq. external material storage building for wood and metal work studies with associated covered work area, landscaping, 1 No. 18m sq. ESB Substation and boundary treatment and all other associated site development works.
The works to the remainder of the site consisted of the provision of 72 No. car parking spaces, drop-off and pick-up facilities and new access road all on a site C. 3.0 Hectares located at Kilnagleary, Carrigaline, Co. Cork.
