As CIF Safety Campaign 2024 comes to an end today, ABM Contractors Ltd in partnership with the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) hosted a series of workshops and toolbox talks to support the CIF October 2024 Safety Campaign. This year’s campaign theme, “Critical Risk,” was closely aligned with ABM’s own Critical Safety Essentials, known as C.A.S.E.
Throughout the campaign, we addressed key safety topics, including:
✅ Heart Health 💓
✅ Electrical Safety 🌩
✅ Mobile plant & Machinery 🛑
✅ Mental Health & Wellbeing 🧠
✅ Working at Height ⚠
Over the past two weeks, we’ve seen remarkable engagement and participation from both our staff and subcontractors, fostering a robust safety culture across our construction sites. Below is a selection of photos from our safety workshops and toolbox talks held at sites like St. Mary’s Special School, Mullingar; St. Mark’s Special School, Newbridge; Gaelscoil Charraig Na Siúire, Harold’s Cross ETNS & ETSS, and Malahide Portmarnock Educate Together Secondary School (Phase 2).
ABM main priority is the safety, health, and wellbeing of everyone on our construction sites and is a core commitment and guiding principle in all our activities.
A big thank you to all our team members and, in particular, to our Health & Safety Team for their dedication and leadership in this important annual initiative.
