The project comprised of a 16no. classroom primary school building with general purpose hall, support teaching spaces and ancillary accommodation, with a total floor area of 2710m². The new school is two-storey with a single storey element. The site works to the school grounds consisted of the provision of 132 no. cycle storage spaces, scooter storage, bin store, external store, ball courts, project gardens, play areas, landscaping and boundary treatment and all other associated site development works. The works to the remainder of the site consisted of the provision of 16 no. parking spaces including 2 accessible parking spaces, drop-off and pick-up facilities. The remaining site contains grass/green area, with the existing trees and paths largely maintained. Hard standing and formal play areas are confined to the 2 ball courts to the south and the courtyard space formed to the north of the school.

Project Details:
On this project ABM Design and Build carried out the role of PSCS. The management and co-ordination of Health and Safety, during the course of the project, for both the employees and the general public was managed using ABM Design and Build's strict Safety Management System. The Safety Management System has OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditation.
