The project consisted of the design and build of a 970m² two-storey modular education facility at Portlaoise College.

The construction of this building consisted of four classrooms for general teaching, an engineering room equipped with specialised tools, a science room with laboratory fixtures and fittings, a science prep room for safe preparation and storage of lab materials, a wheelchair accessibility elevator and the installation of toilet facilities throughout the two-stories

ABM are experts in the supply and installation of Sustainable Modular Units for school accommodation utilising timber frame methods of construction. ABM have in place the capacity, resources and management expertise to carry out multiple Modular Accommodation school site running currently.

To date we have delivered concurrently a large number of modular units to a high standard, completed on budget within the required timeframe. With ABM’s site team resources and capacity, previous experience track record, long-established supply chain and having reputable manufacturing partners in place, we are positioned as the contractor of choice for modular construction.
