This development consisted of the construction of a large retail park in Mullingar.

Project Details

• Unit 1 of the development formed the new Penney’s store in Mullingar.
• Construction work involved bulk excavation, foundations, RC basement, car park works, structural steel work, precast slabs, block work, stonework, render, roof and wall cladding, precast stairs, in-situ stairs, balustrades, shell and core doors and frames (including roller shutters).
• ABM also undertook the construction of an ESB substation and all external works.
