ABM have recently completed our 23rd major Rapid Build School project with the opening of a new 750 pupil Post Primary school in Balbriggan,(click to see new video) North County Dublin.
This project was part of the Rapid Build Schools programme of which ABM are part of the framework. The school was delivered over 2 phases.
Phase 1 comprised of a 2 storey 450 pupil Post Primary school with physical education hall, special needs unit and contained 3 class bases, including support teaching space and ancillary accommodation, with a total floor area of 7510sqm.
Phase 2 comprised of a 2 storey extension of the school to accommodate 300 additional pupils,comprising of teaching spaces and ancillary accommodation, with a floor area of 1890 sqm.
Total floor area for both projects is c.9400 sqm and the overall project was successfully completed on time and on budget and handed over to the Department of Education and Science recently.
